1. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship both domestically and internationally.
- Within the United States, we deliver to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- For international orders, shipping is available to select countries, which can be confirmed at checkout.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- For custom or personalized orders, additional processing time may be required.
- Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping (U.S.): 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by location)

4. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is FREE on domestic orders over $50.
- Orders below this amount, as well as expedited and express shipping, will incur additional fees calculated at checkout.
- International shipping fees vary based on destination and are displayed at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Orders
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.
- EARRINGS is not responsible for any additional fees incurred upon arrival at customs.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package through the carrierβs website or your EARRINGS account.
- If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, report it within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- EARRINGS is not responsible for stolen packages marked as “delivered,” but we will help file a claim with the carrier.
- If a package arrives damaged, report the issue with supporting photos within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Customers must ensure the correct shipping address when placing an order.
- EARRINGS is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
9. Shipping Delays & Exceptions
- Shipping may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions

- Carrier disruptions
- Customs processing for international orders
